This workout will focus on your major muscle groups – legs, arms, chest, abs, and back. Using exercises that target multiple muscle groups at the same time, we’ll work on your cardiovascular and muscular endurance, as well as your flexibility and strength. Once you get an idea of how our training sessions work and if the program works for you, you can schedule more training time!
