Bodyweight Plank

All right, basic plank core stability endurance exercise. So this is going to be starting position and then we take one knee away, take the other knee away. Squeeze the abs; squeeze the butt a little bit and we’re just going to hold it. The only thing to avoid is allowing the back to arch like that. Make sure you squeeze your abs and squeeze your butt. And then avoiding, kind of making it how it’s like that. We want to be completely straight, completely neutral. That’s the plank.
