Bodyweight Sit-Thru

Alirght guys we’re talking about the body weight sit-thru. I use this in my sports specific training of Brazilian jiu jitsu but it’s a great exercise for core stability and shoulder strength and mobility as well. So I’m going to start on all fours, being on my hands and on my toes, I’m going to shift my weight from one arm and opposite leg, lifting up and siting all the way through to the ground to begin. Once we feel comfortable with that, we can do it keeping our butt off the ground, and lastly to make it most challenging, sitting through into a higher bridge.
