Loaded Carry – Functional Movement Pattern

All right guys, next functional movement pattern is a loaded carry, and we can do this a lot of different ways. I can hold dumbbells. I have the sandbag, so I’m just going to throw it over my shoulder. Anytime we’re walking under load, we’re forcing our core, we’re forcing our whole body to stabilize. Really important that we use a loaded carry in our weight lifting program.
