Power Movements to Add to Your Routine

My two favorite power movements are the squat and the clean. To perform a squat correctly, step underneath the bar, bring those shoulders back and lift the bar up with a tight core. Step forward, keeping weight on your heels. Squat down, pushing up squeezing your glutes through the entire movement. To perform a clean correctly we need to start in the squatted position, driving the hips forward as you lift the bar up, rocking it into an upright position.
