Renegade Row with Dumbbells

Alright, we’re talking about the renegade row. I’m actually going to start with my hands on the dumbbells in the top of a pushup position. So we get that strong plank position here and from here I’m going to shift my weight, rolling one dumbbell up, coming back down, rolling the opposite dumbbell up. Fighting that urge to twist, staying as rigid as I can in my core.
