Resistance Band Low Row

Alright, so banded low rows: you’re going to take your band, anchor it, then to find your position, just find the closest point at which you can be out here with no slack in the band. Then, to find the resistance, the intensity that we want to go, we’re going to count the steps back. So I just went two steps back and kind of a wide stance. Bend the knees, get a vertical torso, and I’m going to bring it back, pause for one second. Keeping vertical spine, and that’s banded low rows.
