Self Supported Dumbbell Row

Okay this one we’re going to do a self supported dumbbell row. In this case we’re going to start off, just want to be in the squat position, keep your back straight. All you’re going to do is kind of use your thigh here as a bench all you’re going to do is bring it all the way up and all the way down like that. So this one is nice it works your core, back and also stabilizes your legs.
