TRX Single Leg Squat

One of the cool things about using the TRX is you can actually do movements that you may be unable to do for balance reasons or flexibility reasons without the TRX, by just using these as kind of balance assist. So what we’re going to do is we’re going to grab the TRX handles. I want you to just put a light grip on it. So I like to do just two fingers on the TRX. From there, we’re going to put one leg out in front and we’re going to do a single leg squat. So we’re going to drop it down to position and press back up, right through the heel. Again dropping back, like we’re sitting back onto a stool or a chair and pressing up from there. The main thing I’m using the TRX for is just to keep myself from falling over backwards. I’m not really pulling on it, unless I absolutely have to. That’s our TRX single leg squat.
